Wingen Bakery and Restaurant began in 2020 as a cottage bakery run from the Wingen family’s home. Today, we're proud to share our sourdough breads, baked goods, pizzas, and unique, locally sourced dishes at our brick-and-mortar location at 50 S Livermore Avenue in Livermore.

Aimee and Bryan, a husband-and-wife duo have lived and worked in the SF East Bay Area for the past 15 years. Aimee is the Executive Chef overseeing both savory and pastry production. Bryan designed and built the bakery and oversees the hospitality team at Wingen. The two first met at Homeroom Mac + Cheese in Oakland in 2013 where Bryan was General Manager.
